Job Title: OI Marketing & Sales Coordinator | Orthopaedic Instruments
Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams in driving business growth through effective sales coordination, marketing execution, data management, and cross-functional collaboration.
The role will ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives while enabling the team with accurate data, timely reporting, and strong operational support.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Events & Coordination
- Work closely with the marketing team, sales team and external vendors to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotions.
- Managing marketing budgets MER processing, and raising expense requests, and purchase orders.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to execute periodic meetings i.e. National Sales Meet, Quarterly Reviews etc.
Sales Coordination & Operations
- Support the sales team in day-to-day sales operations and coordination around sales estimates, Sales trend, sales data consolidation, forecasting.
- Drive effective adoption and utilization of CPQ order processing and SFDC lead funnel management across the sales team.
- Maintain and track billing, opportunities, quotations, orders, customer information, and sales pipeline.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, trackers, and business review inputs.
- Demo utilization report
- Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other functions to resolve sales-related issues.
Administrative Support
- New vendor onboarding and vendor management.
- Manage operations on APAC Next portal & Workfront.
- Assist with day-to-day marketing operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do: • Understand key competitors and their relative strengths/weaknesses • Understand customer groups, including why customers buy the product or service • Identify critical customer needs and preferences • Provides customer feedback to marketing leadership • Aid in the construction of the marketing plan • Understand basic budget management principles • Understand general marketing principles such as segmentation, targeting, and positioning • Subject matter expert for applicable products/product lines and able to field technical questions • Support sales training initiatives and programs throughout the year • Support the on-label use and promotion of all products • Understand and supports setting price and maintaining product or portfolio margin • Aware of commonly used internal/external communication goals, tools and formats • Use appropriate scorecards to track results • Track existing KPIs and reports back to the organization • Share basic customer satisfaction input trends with the salesforce
Minimum Qualifications (Required): • Bachelor’s degree required • 0+ years of work experience required
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired): • MBA preferred • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines • Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority • Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
