1. Who provides the service

Deployed (BeDeployed.com, and the Deployed MCP server at https://bedeployed.com/mcp) is operated by Stak, a staffing and placement agency, through {{LEGAL_ENTITY}}, {{ADDRESS}} ("we", "us"). By using Deployed you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. The service

Deployed lets you search remote engineering and related jobs, filtered by location eligibility and time-zone overlap, through our website and through AI assistants that connect to our MCP server or API. If you create an account you can upload a CV or LinkedIn URL, get matches, save jobs, and set alerts.

Searching is free and needs no account. Because Stak is a staffing agency, if you consent we may contact you about roles and present your profile to hiring companies (see the Privacy Policy). That consent is separate, optional for the job-search features, and withdrawable at any time.

3. No guarantee of placement

We do not guarantee that you will be interviewed, offered or placed in any job, or that any listing is open, accurate, or that you are eligible. "Eligibility" and "time-zone overlap" labels are generated automatically from job descriptions and may be wrong; check the original posting. We are not your employer or your agent unless a separate written agreement says so, and we do not charge candidates for placement.

4. Job data

Job listings are sourced from employers' public applicant-tracking-system job boards. Each listing links to the original posting, where you apply. We show listings as a search aid; the employer controls the content and the application. We update listings regularly, but a job may close before we notice.

5. Your account and content

  • You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract.
  • Sign-in is through Google. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.
  • You confirm that information you upload is yours, accurate, and that you have the right to share it. Do not upload other people's data or sensitive data.
  • You keep ownership of your CV and profile. You give us a licence to store, parse and process them to provide the service and, where you consent, to present them to hiring companies.

6. Acceptable use

You will not:

  • scrape, bulk-download or republish listings or the database, or use them to build a competing dataset or a job board;
  • exceed rate limits (anonymous: {{ANON_RATE_LIMIT}}; signed-in: {{AUTH_RATE_LIMIT}}), evade them with multiple keys, IPs or accounts, or overload the service;
  • use the MCP server or API for anything other than helping a person search for work, including training machine-learning models on the data;
  • misuse tools to harass employers or candidates, send spam, or submit false applications;
  • probe, attack or bypass the security or authentication of the service;
  • misrepresent your identity, qualifications or eligibility;
  • use the service unlawfully.

We may throttle or block traffic that breaks these rules without notice.

7. Third-party services

The service links to employers' sites and works with third-party AI assistants and Google sign-in. Their terms govern their services. We are not responsible for them or for what an AI assistant says about our results.

8. Intellectual property

The Deployed name, site, software and our compiled dataset are ours or our licensors'. Listing text belongs to its employer. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service under these terms.

9. Termination

You can stop using Deployed or delete your account at any time (Delete my account in the product). We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On deletion we erase your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 3, 6, 8, 10 and 11 survive termination.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to {{LIABILITY_CAP}}. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or, where applicable, consumer-law rights.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of {{GOVERNING_LAW}}, and the courts of {{JURISDICTION}} have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version and tell signed-in users of material changes. Continued use after the change date is acceptance.
