Production Project Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Production Project Coordinator based in India.

This role keeps high-volume production orders moving accurately, efficiently, and on schedule from client approval through shipment and invoicing. You will coordinate multiple orders and vendors simultaneously, ensuring specifications, pricing, quantities, documentation, and deadlines are consistently aligned. Working closely with internal teams and external manufacturers, you will proactively identify risks and resolve issues before they affect clients. The position requires a project-management mindset, strong ownership, and persistent follow-through. You will also use AI tools to streamline order management, identify discrepancies, and improve operational efficiency.
