As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will shape the next generation of AI-powered tools for advertising creative development. You will architect advanced generative systems for images, video, and copy that help advertisers create higher-impact campaigns. The role combines deep machine learning expertise with experimentation, product thinking, and a strong understanding of advertising performance. You will develop models and workflows that preserve products, fonts, logos, and brand assets while enabling sophisticated creative editing. You will also connect generative systems to performance signals such as clicks and conversions to continuously improve creative effectiveness. Working across Product, Sales, Policy, UX, and Ads ML teams, you will help bring innovative capabilities into advertiser-facing experiences while maintaining rigorous safety and compliance standards.
