The Senior Counsel, Commercial will serve as a trusted legal partner to revenue, product, marketing, and operations teams, helping the business navigate complex commercial opportunities. This role offers broad ownership of commercial legal matters, from drafting and negotiating sophisticated agreements to advising senior leaders on strategic business decisions. You will provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance that balances risk management with innovation, commercial agility, and growth. Working across digital media, technology, advertising, sponsorships, and emerging revenue streams, you will help shape products, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives. You will also improve legal workflows, strengthen contract processes, and introduce automation and AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency. The position requires an independent, solutions-focused attorney who can manage competing priorities and translate complex legal issues into clear recommendations.
