Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Designer based in Germany.

As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences for international products. You will work on complex web interfaces and core user journeys, balancing user needs, business objectives, and product performance metrics. In a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will partner with product managers, developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to transform challenges into effective design solutions. From user research and hypothesis development to prototyping, validation, and post-launch analysis, you will contribute throughout the entire product design lifecycle. You will also help maintain design consistency, improve usability, and optimize experiences based on user behavior and feedback.
