Print Production Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Print Production Manager based in the United States.

This remote role leads the end-to-end production of K–12 print materials, from finalized digital content through final printer release. You’ll manage multiple concurrent programs, production schedules, vendors, quality processes, and release milestones. The role sits at the intersection of publishing operations, project management, technology, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with Content, Editorial, Product, Supply Chain, Customer Success, Operations, printers, and external partners. Beyond day-to-day execution, you’ll identify ways to automate workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve production quality. You’ll have an opportunity to modernize print operations through technology, AI, and scalable process improvements. Success means delivering accurate, high-quality print products on time while continuously making the production system more efficient.
