Principal TAC Project DBA & Scripting Engineer

In this senior technical role, you will support Technical Assistance Center (TAC) teams by managing database-related requirements across medical imaging applications and improving the efficiency and reliability of technical support operations. You will develop and optimize database scripts, extracts, and monitoring solutions to strengthen system health visibility, performance, and availability. Working closely with other senior engineers, you will improve support processes, develop technical training, and help resolve complex database challenges affecting customers and internal teams. The role combines advanced database administration, scripting, healthcare technology expertise, and cross-functional collaboration in a quality-focused environment.
