HR Business Partner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HR Business Partner based in India.

This role partners closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals and growth priorities. You’ll provide strategic HR expertise across performance, talent development, compensation, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The position combines hands-on employee relations support with longer-term workforce and succession planning. You’ll work with senior stakeholders and employees to strengthen collaboration, productivity, retention, and workplace relationships. The role offers significant autonomy within a fast-moving, globally distributed environment. You’ll help leaders navigate complex people challenges while developing scalable HR practices for rapidly growing teams.
