Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. You will engage in understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translate those into functional software solutions. Your role includes collaborating with different teams to ensure the applications align with organizational goals and deliver seamless user experiences. Throughout the day, you will focus on creating efficient and scalable software components that support business operations and enhance productivity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain application performance and reliability.
• Document development processes and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in developing responsive and user-friendly interfaces using component-based architecture.
• Strong understanding of client-side scripting and asynchronous programming techniques.
• Familiarity with integrating Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
• Ability to optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Knowledge of debugging tools and techniques to identify and resolve code issues efficiently.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
